Metro Manila, Abra, Benguet, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Antique, Iloilo, and the rest of Palawan and Ilocos Region
Expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms. Residents in these areas should be vigilant for moderate to heavy rains that could trigger flash floods or landslides.
The rest of Luzon and Visayas
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms are forecast, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Mindanao
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms due to localized weather systems. The same warnings for flash floods and landslides apply during periods of severe weather.
Wind and Coastal Water Conditions:
Western Luzon
Strong winds from the southwest to south will lead to rough coastal waters, with wave heights ranging from 2.8 to 4.0 meters.
Visayas and the rest of Luzon
Winds are forecast to be moderate to strong from the south to southwest, with coastal waters expected to be moderate to rough with wave heights between 1.2 to 3.0 meters.
Mindanao
Winds will be moderate, coming from the southeast to south, with moderate coastal waters and waves between 1.2 to 2.5 meters.
Heavy Rainfall Warning:
Pagasa has raised Yellow Warning Levels for Zambales and Bataan, indicating the potential for flooding in flood-prone areas. Additionally, light to moderate rains are expected in Nueva Ecija, with occasional heavy downpours likely to affect Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon within the next three hours. These rains may spread to nearby areas.
