Synopsis: The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is currently affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). This weather system is expected to bring cloudy skies and rain showers to several regions and localized thunderstorms in other parts of the country.
Forecast Weather Conditions:
- Palawan:
- Weather Condition: Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms

- Visayas and Mindanao:
- Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
- Caused by: ITCZ
- Impacts: While rains will be mostly isolated, severe thunderstorms may trigger flash floods or landslides, especially in low-lying or mountainous areas.
- Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon:
- Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
- Caused by: Localized thunderstorms
- Impacts: Heavy downpours during thunderstorms may lead to flash floods or landslides in susceptible areas.
