  • Zamboanga Peninsula, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, Davao Occidental, and Palawan: These areas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ. Residents should be prepared for possible flash floods or landslides as moderate to heavy rains are expected at times.
  • Visayas and the rest of Mindanao: The forecast indicates partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, also caused by the ITCZ. There is a potential for flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms, so caution is advised.
  • Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol Region: These areas will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, primarily due to the influence of Easterlies. The public is warned about the possibility of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
  • Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon: Expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Localized Thunderstorms. The risk of flash floods or landslides exists during periods of heavy rainfall from thunderstorms.

Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions

  • Northern and Central Luzon: Winds will blow from the northeast to east at light to moderate speeds, resulting in slight to moderate coastal waters, with wave heights ranging from 0.6 to 2.1 meters.
  • Visayas and the rest of Luzon: Winds will be light to moderate, coming from the northeast to northwest, with coastal waters remaining slight to moderate and wave heights between 0.6 and 2.1 meters.
  • Mindanao: Winds will be light to moderate from the southwest to west, causing slight to moderate coastal waters with waves reaching 0.6 to 1.5 meters.
