Aiko Melendez expressed what she feels about the pregnancy of Joy Reyes, the girlfriend of her ex-husband Jomari Yllana
Kapamilya actress Aiko Melendez revealed her reaction to the latest news about her ex-husband Jomari Yllana and his girlfriend Joy Reyes.
It has been reported previously in entertainment news that the non-showbiz partner of the former Gwapings member is set to give birth with their first baby.
In line with this, people are wondering what could be the reaction of Jomari’s ex-wife Aiko.
In her recent Facebook post, the Wildflower actress revealed what she feels regarding the pregnancy of her former lover’s girlfriend.
She said that without any slightest hint of bitterness, hatred showbiz answer, she feels happy for the expectant parents.
“I said I am sincerely happy because a baby is always a blessing. That answer is purely sincere lalo na when the topic is about a baby,” the actress said on her post.
Aiko felt that way for the reason that she understands the feeling of being a parent because she experienced that with her 2 children.
In addition, the Kapamilya actress also stated that she asked the press not to ask her any question with romantic color linking Jomari Yllana because she knows for a fact that pregnant women are extra emotional.
She also cleared out to everyone that she and her ex-husband were already separated a long time ago not just physically but also in the eyes of the law. It is because they were annulled.
This is her point in saying that people should stop thinking that she must sue Jomari for having a baby with another woman. Technically speaking, the two of them are already single, Aiko iterated on her post.
Towards the end of her post, Aiko Melendez asked her fans and Jomari Yllana’s to stop bashing Joy.
She also pointed out that it is unfair that people will compare her and the girlfriend of her ex-husband.
“Sa mga fans namen ni Jomari may i request also to refrain from bashing Joy and comparing her to me… Not fair! We appreciate your support but pls lets be level headed that sometimes some good things never last and better things can come,” Aiko said on her FB post.
