- Babuyan Islands: The area will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the shear line. Flash floods or landslides are at risk in low-lying and mountainous areas.
- Metro Manila and the Rest of the Country: The forecast indicates partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies. Severe thunderstorms could bring localized flooding or landslides.
Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
- Extreme Northern Luzon:
- Wind Speed: Moderate to strong
- Wind Direction: Northeast
- Coastal Waters: Moderate to rough seas, with waves ranging from 1.5 to 3.7 meters. Small seacrafts are advised to exercise caution.
- The Rest of Northern Luzon:
- Wind Speed: Moderate to strong
- Wind Direction: Northeast
- Coastal Waters: Moderate to rough seas, with 1.5 to 3.1 meters wave heights.
Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro
These areas are forecasted to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies. Light to moderate winds from the northeast will prevail, with slight to moderate sea conditions expected.
Pagasa advises the public, especially those in areas at risk of flooding and landslides, to remain vigilant and monitor updates from local authorities. Fisherfolk and small vessel operators in northern Luzon are urged to take precautionary measures due to rough seas.
