- Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
- Cause: Localized thunderstorms.
- Impacts: Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
- Northern Luzon
- Wind: Moderate to strong, blowing from the northeast.
- Coastal Waters: Moderate to rough, with wave heights of 2.1 to 4.0 meters.
- Rest of the Country
- Wind: Light to moderate, coming from the northeast.
- Coastal Waters: Slight to moderate, with wave heights ranging from 0.6 to 2.5 meters.
Tropical Cyclone Outlook
Pagasa has confirmed that no active tropical cyclones or tropical cyclone-like vortices (TCLVs) are being monitored within its domain for the first forecast week. While TCLVs may form during the second forecast week, the likelihood of these developing into typhoons remains low. As such, there are no anticipated tropical cyclone threats during this forecast period.

Residents in Mindanao, Northern Luzon, and areas under localized thunderstorms are advised to remain vigilant against potential flash floods and landslides. Mariners in Northern Luzon should also take precautionary measures due to moderate to rough sea conditions.
