Anticipate partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Severe thunderstorms may also lead to flash floods or landslides.
Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
- Extreme Northern Luzon:
Winds will be strong from the northeast, with rough coastal waters (waves reaching 2.8 to 4.0 meters). - Rest of Northern Luzon:
Winds are moderate to strong from the northeast, and the coastal waters are moderate to rough (2.1 to 4.0 meters). - Rest of the country:
Winds are light to moderate from the northeast, resulting in slightly moderate coastal waters (0.6 to 2.5 meters).
Visayas, Palawan, the Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers, thunderstorms, and lightning caused by localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from the northeast will prevail, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
