Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan Is Very Grateful For Capturing Her Poser

Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan is very grateful for capturing her poser for allegedly extorting the acquaintances of the actress.

In her Facebook post, Maricel informed about the detention of a 19-year-old student Myca Acobo Aranda.

In the report published by PEP, the said suspect introduced itself as Maricel by using personal pictures of the actress and had communicated with her contacts on Facebook.

Myca also made a fake Facebook account to the husband and children of Maricel.

According to the press released by Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG), their groups had found out the imposture of the suspect as Maricel Laxa using the fake Facebook account 4 years had passed.

However, the PNP-ACG intensified their reminders about such poser victimizing again by mentioning the so-called outreach program that will be made by the children of Maricel.

According to Anthony Pangilinan, husband of Maricel, the poser had a contact to one Facebook user and ask to donate P5,000 for such outreach program through sending it to money remittance.

Moreover, there are other relatives and friends of the couple saying that they were also asked for money by Myca through Facebook messenger.
