User Complain About Google Apps Like Gmail Being Down Today
GMAIL DOWN – Several Google applications such as Gmail and Google Drive have had issues today, August 20, 2020.
Apparently, thousands of users from several countries have experienced Google outage. According to an article from IndiaTvNews, the website DownDetector reported over 1,800 users faced issues with Gmail.
The Gmail issues include not being able to log-in, send attachments, or receive messages. Meanwhile, Google search users reported not being able to search using the web browser and were also unable to login.
Along with this, their storage platform, Google Drive also had synching issues and users were not able to load the app. Currently, all three of Google’s main applications have experienced problems and had continued to do so as of writing this article.
Because of this, #Gmail became trending on Twitter. Users complained that they were late in passing requirements to their online classes because of Gmail being down. Meanwhile, tech companies expressed that they were unable to send team’s their daily tasks.
The problems in Google’s services were also reported in several countries, not just the Philippines. India, Australia, and Japan also seemed to have encountered the Google-related problems.
