MARCO GUMABAO – The Los Bastardos actor Marco Gumabao finally speaks up and clarifies controversial video with Janella Salvador.
A certain video of Kapamilya stars Marco Gumabao and Janella Salvador have surfaced where they were caught close to each other while seemingly holding each other’s hand.
A lot of speculations have been made and some have even thought already that they are dating. However, as much as anyone is probably aware of, Janella is rumored to be in a relationship with her on-screen love team Elmo Magalona. The reason why her video with another actor has shocked the people.
And now, after some time, Marco Gumabao finally had the chance to clarify the controversial video with the Kapamilya actress. It was during his guesting with the late night talk show Tonight With Boy Abunda.
He admitted that they are indeed holding hands in that video but insisted that they are just friends. Marco added that they are actually starting out something special and they are already in the phase of getting to know each other deeper but was cut short as he got lambasted and bashed by the ElNella fans.
Gumabao shared,“Yes. From that point kasi we were starting pa lang to know each other. Nung lumabas yung video… people were assuming na agad na we were dating.”
He further shared that since then, they are not talking that much anymore because of the intense reactions of the fans over it.
“It’s so hard to explain kasi for us we were just friends. I never told her that I liked her. She never told me na she liked me. Nung lumabas yung picture, nagulat kami na everyone’s saying na we’re dating. We took a step back,” he revealed.
