Bayani Agbayani gave appreciations to Jayson Gainza’s talent in making people laugh.
Bayani Agbayani and Jayson are working together in Funny Ka, Pare Ko. The singer-comedian witnessed the humor that Jayson has which never fails to amuse the viewers.
During the show’s thanksgiving press conference, eve of April 11, Push interviewers got the chance to have a talk with the veteran comedian.
He shared that despite the short time that he and Jayson spent in the same show, he witnessed the excellence of his fellow comedian. He affirms that Jayson really studies and he’s always able to deliver it well.
Bayani feels thankful of the first project given to him since he returned to ABS-CBN – the sitcom on ABS-CBN TV Plus channel Cinemo.
The singer-comedian even shared that it was the right project for him. He really regards its reality and the fact that it’s not him who plans for it.
Bayani left the network for some reasons in the past and another comedian in the person of Jayson Gainza made his light shine in the field of comedy. Before possible issues on competitions, Bayani cleared it out already.
He claims Jayson as his friend even before the young comedian had finally made a name in the showbiz industry. Bayani even shared that there was one time when Jayson called him and told him that he really looks up to Bayani in the field.
Further, Bayani shared that it was Jayson’s birthday that time when he called. He was in Bacolod City then so what he did was to phone patch and find Jayson. He felt happy of how the young comedian admires his humor.
Moreover, he was very happy of Jayson’s humility despite who he is right now. He explained how Jayson would often thank him as he was once the guide of this young comedian when he was just on the starting line.
Funny One, a separate show, is supposed to be hosted by him and Jayson according to the veteran comedian before it became It’s Showtime’s segment.
