MANNY PACQUIAO’S MANSION – The residential property of Senator Manny Pacquiao in Forbes Park has a jaw-dropping price.
Among the richest Filipino couples are Sen. Manny Pacquiao and his wife, Jinkee Pacquiao. The immense skills of the Pacquiao family’s patriarch in boxing has greatly helped them uplift their status in life.
Pacman has always been vocal about the hardships he encountered in the past. He and his family can barely eat and he has to go into fights to be able to get some money for food. Now, he is one of the wealthiest boxers and businessmen in the country. He is also currently one of the lawmakers.
The Pacquiao family now has a lot of residential and business properties in the country. They also have properties abroad. One of their multi-million residential properties is Sen. Manny Pacquiao’s mansion in Forbes Park, Pasay.
Based on a report on Pep, citing the feature of the property in YES! magazine in January 2019, Sen. Manny Pacquiao’s mansion in Forbes Park was bought at Php 388 million.
The property has a lot area of 1,526 square meters and was originally filled with natural stones. People’s Palace and Two Roxas Triangle’s designer Anton R. Mendoza was the one who designed the house.
The mansion was previously owned by Lorenzo Tan, a banker. The Budji+Royal Architecture and Design was on top of the interior designs of the house based on the report.
Currently, Sen. Manny Pacquiao’s mansion in Forbes Park is under renovation. According to his wife, it is almost finished.
