The spoof video of Alex Gonzaga which featured the song ‘Into You’ of Ariana Grande was reported on Facebook over alleged copyright issue.
Kapamilya star and YouTube vlogger Alex Gonzaga made a spoof video of Ariana Grande’s song ‘Into You’.
She posted it on her official channel on the said video-sharing platform and on her Facebook Page.
On the other hand, her video on Facebook was reported due to alleged copyright infringement, based on the article published in Inquirer.
On her Instagram story as well as on her Twitter, Alex shared a screen shot photo of a notice from Facebook telling her that a concerned party reported her spoof video.
“Nadatnan na tayo ng kalaban sa fb!! LOL @arianagrande Ang hirap mo pakiusapan ate girl (The enemy has caught up with us on fb!! LOL @arianagrande It’s so hard to make a request of you)!!!” the actress/vlogger wrote.
Before it was completely taken down by Facebook, a netizen in the person of Twitter user @anjellycaaa_, happily announced that the spoof video of Alex has already reached 2 million views, as what was shown in the screen shot photo she shared as a reply to the actress’ tweet.
That number of views was accumulated since the video was posted last April 7.
As of the moment, the hilarious music video of Alex is temporarily unavailable on Facebook as for pending resolution of the reported complaint.
On the other hand, her fans can still watch it on her official YouTube channel.
Before the spoof video started, Alex wrote a disclaimer statement, based on the article, and as usual she done it with jest.
“Panawagan kay Ariana Grande. The music that we used in this video is yours not mine. We know it. Atl east there’s the admission so please don’t report this. This is for old time’s sake, Remember we used to play piko? So please Youtube and Ariana people don’t delete this video. It’s for fun only.”
