Angelica Panganiban revealed the reason why she chose Carlo Aquino to be her friend among her ex-boyfriends.
It is known to many that the Kapamilya actress had relationships with Derek Ramsay and John Lloyd Cruz before.
Among her known exes, Angelica was asked in a video posted on the YouTube channel of Showbiz Paparazzi why she chose to be friends with Carlo.
At first, Angelica answered the question jokingly and said that it is because it was him whom she had a longer relationship with.
On a more serious note, the ‘Banana Sundae’ star said that the reason for it is the many years that passed.
What they had happened a long time ago and the fact that they separated in good terms contributed to their friendship now.
Apparently, among Angelica’s exes, Carlo was the only one who never gave up to win her back as a friend, unlike John Lloyd Cruz and Derek Ramsay.

“Parang minake sure niya na maging magkaibigan pa rin kami, hindi masisira yun,” Angelica said about Carlo.
When asked about how was Carlo as a boyfriend, Angelica said that she could not remember anymore because it was a long time ago. They had been together for six years.

Angelica also said that when Carlo became single, he had more time with his friends and that was the moment they bonded more together.
On the other hand, the Kapamilya actress does not want Carlo to court her again because they are “sobrang okay ngayon”.
She did not expect that they will have this kind of friendship after they broke up as lovers before.
“Pwede pala siyang magwork, pwede palang may ganung relationship na pwede mong i-treasure habang buhay,” she said in the video.
