Prominent actor Cesar Montano was previously appointed as the Tourism Promotions Board Chief Operating Officer but due to a controversy, he resigned.
It was found out that his agency paid 80 million pesos to Erlinda Legaspi, the owner of Marketing agency Marylindbert International.
Based on a previous article, that payment was in line with the ‘Buhay Carinderia Project’ and the former TPB chief blamed that to former Department of Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo.
In the midst of that issue, Cesar was forced to leave his post.

How is the actor and resigned government official now?
Since he is not currently visible on TV, many people have no idea what happened to him after he resigned as the TPB chief.
Based on the article published in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Cesar lose a few pounds.
It was also said that he looks thinner and younger compared to the time when he was in the government agency.
These are being attributed to the fact that he feels less stressed now, based on the article.
The huge responsibility on his shoulder was already taken away.
