Ex-DENR Sec Gina Lopez Admires Edward Barbers, Maymay Entrata

GINA LOPEZ – Former Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Gina Lopez revealed the reason why Edward Barber’s mother does not like Maymay Entrata.

Despite that their journey inside the Pinoy Big Brother house has come to its end, Edward Barber and Maymay Entrata managed to remain in the spotlight. They are among the young celebrities that are widely known by people.

From being PBB co-housemates, Edward and Maymay turned into loveteam partners. Their fans and supporters collectively call them as ‘MayWard’ based on a report.

Edward Barber and Maymay Entrata have worked together several times already including the movie Loving in Tandem which they did together with their former co-housemates Kisses Delavin and Marco Gallo.

The two young celebrities were also part of the ABS-CBN’s action-suspense television series La Luna Sangre which has recently aired its final episode.

Based on a recent report in Philstar, the loveteam was also chosen to join former DENR Sec. Gina Lopez in her show as she visits Cebu.

The young actress lives in Cagayan de Oro prior to her joining the PBB and she is really equipped in the Visayan language so they were chosen to join the former environment secretary.

Gina Lopez hosts the travel show “G Diaries”. At the launch of her show’s search for ‘The Quest for Love’, the former environment secretary has nothing but praises and admiration for Edward Barber and Maymay Entrata according to the report.

Gina described the loveteam partners as “real” and “sweet”. According to her, Maymay is really a funny and a genuine person. The former DENR Secretary also revealed that the mother of Edward does not like her son’s loveteam partner as she actually loves her.

“The mother of Edward, she doesn’t like Maymay, she loves her,” she expressed based on the report.

According to Gina Lopez, the Cebuanos received the ‘MayWard’ warmly and they had filmed in Kinatarcan Island in Cebu. Here is a photo of the former DENR Secretary together with the loveteam.
