Jed Madela fired back to Darren Espanto’s bashers due to his “out of tune” performance
Kapamilya singer Jed Madela defended his fellow singer Darren Espanto against bashers due to their duet performance.
The two singers had a performance together in ‘It’s Showtime last Saturday and Darren went “out of tune”, surprisingly.
Due to this, there were some who criticize the young singer regarding his performance.
On the other hand, Jed Madela was quick to defend his friend and the one he considers as his “anak-anakan” in the Philippine music industry.
“It’s been more than a year since we last sang together! Darren will always be one of my favorite singing partners!” Jed wrote on his Twitter post.
The elder singer also gave a message to the supporters of the younger singer, based on the article in Bandera.
He said that fans of Darren should not mind all the bashing against him. This is because his singing prowess is incomparable, according to Jed.
“Don’t mind the bashers. They can never come close to
Darren’s voice even if they were sick. Nag-iisa lang si D.”

Jed also explained that it is not easy for a singer to perform with if one is feeling sick. He added that those who are bashing Darren are losers.
“He could have asked to lower it, but no, he is a trooper! Hindi madali mag perform na may sakit. Bashers are losers hiding behind their phones and social media. Again, they will never come close to a Darren Espanto.”
According to Jed Madela, there is no need that they will stoop down to the level of the bashers, based on the article.
“Isipin nyo na lang na di natin sila ka-level coz we only think of the good and the positive. Ayaw din ni D na ma-stress kayo.”
Jed and Darren are two of the Kapamilya singers who are considered to be “biriteros” for they can sing the song of female singer with high notes.
