Coco is the lead actor of the high-rated Kapamilya action-drama series while Maine is half of the most followed love team AlDub.
Together with Bossing Vic Sotto, they are set to provide laughter to the moviegoers on starting December 25.

Their movie is one of the entries in Metro Manila Film Festival 2018.
In the said film, Maine is the love interest of Coco but they did not have a kissing scene.
Based on the report recently published in Philippine Entertainment Portal, it is because of the fact that the Kapuso actress and the Kapamilya actor are distant relatives.
The Phenomenal learned about this when her family had a reunion in Bulacan. During that said event, she saw their family tree.
