In an interview, Mariel shared the story of the time she felt that her husband Robin Padilla was too close to a woman.
Based on the article published in PUSH, during an interview, the Kapamilya host said that there was a morning talk show host who caused her to jealous.
“Wala namang ginagawa si Robin, ang sama ko naman kung magselos pa ako. Pero merong time na parang, ‘Ay naglalandian ba ‘tong mga ‘to?’” she shared.
After saying that, she then revealed a hint about the woman who caused her to jealous.
“Nakakahiya naman sabihin kasi married yung girl. Saka nasa morning show siya,” the Kapamilya host generously shared.

Due to the jealousy she felt, Mariel confronted Robin about this.
She directly asked her husband, “‘Kanina mo pa nilalandi si ano ha.’ Sabi niya, ‘Hindi ko nilalandi yun no,’ tapos parang walang nangyari nanuod kami ulit.”
Then, the noontime show host stressed out that her jealousy was no basis at all.
“Siguro wala lang, not even worth talking about,” she stated.
