Last May, Cedric was found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of violating his visitation rights to Ceana, his and Vina’s daughter.
Vina went through a tough time fighting for herself and for her daughter Ceana against the man she used to love.
Although she is still tight-lipped regarding the details of winning the case against Cedric Lee, Vina shared that the she is moving on from that dark part of her life.
Based on the article published in Inquirer, the Kapamilya actress felt vindicated as the court of law gave her the justice she needs.
She also shared that her family played a major part in this particular battle she encountered.
“I’m thankful to God and to my family, who are always there to support me. I draw strength from them … I feel blessed,” she shared.
Though Ceana was just 9 years old when the incident happened but she already knew what was happening that time.
According to the Kapamilya actress, her daughter is a strong girl and she is very good.
Ceana is now a grade four student and Vina makes sure to be with her every possible way. This is behind the fact that she is working almost everyday.
“Time goes by so quickly. So I’m spending as much quality time with her as I can. I don’t get to bring her to tapings anymore. But during weekends, I see to it that I’m with her,” the famous singer shared.
It is a good thing that Ceana understands the nature of her mother’s job.
Meanwhile, Vina was asked if her daughter will enter show business also, she said that the young girl is still shy.
