- Rest of Luzon: Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will result in moderate to rough seas, with waves ranging from 2.1 to 4.0 meters.
- Visayas and Mindanao: Light to moderate winds from the east to northeast will create slight to moderate seas, with waves between 0.6 to 2.5 meters.
