The latest of which was his criticism of Gilas Pilipinas coach Chot Reyes following the team’s loss in the FIBA World Cup, where our country is currently the host.
In an Instagram post, Rendon said, “Good morning, on the way to GILAS practice! Pag sasampalin ko lang ng katotohanan si coach Choke para matauhan. Para sa Pilipinas!đ”đđȘ” This veiled statement directed at coach Chot Reyes received both negative and positive feedback.
Could his appearance on television be the signal of Rendon entering showbiz? In his interview, Rendon admitted that most of his posts are usually just reactions to what he sees, even if he hasnât investigated the true situation or investigated it. He also made a call to TikTok after his Tiktok account was canceled due to multiple violations and he said âBakit kung kelan ako bomoboses sa mga taong di kayang iboses ang sarili nila bat dun nyo ako pinatahimik?â Rendon also said that he filed an appeal with Tiktok and hopes that Tiktok Philippines will grant him his request. In the end, Rendon said that he doesnât care because heâs not on social media to please everyone or gain followers. Whatâs important is to show what needs to be corrected as a Filipino.â
