Scooter Is The Oldest Living Cat At 30
Scooter, the cute Siamese cat hold the oldest living cat record, and di3s at age 30.
he hold the Guinness Book of World records to be the oldest living at in the world. Marking his 30th birthday last March 26, which was also his last birthday party.
His owner Gail Floyd form Mansfield, Texas told the reporters that Scooter had di3d by the time Guinness claimed his title last April 8th.
Mansfield veterinarian Dr. Tricia Latimer, said that Scooter lived of about 136 human years in equivalent.
But according to Guinness, the oldest cat who had lived was 38 years old and also from Texas.
Scooter was born on March 26, 1986, in Flot\yd’s house and witnessed how he was born. Since then, he was always been right by his owner’s side – and they were inseparable.
When he was a kitten, he liked to play in Floyd’s hair and accustomed to ride on h\his owner’s shoulders.
They do things together, even out side the house, and nothing has changed until he got old.
He wakes gail up every morning, at 6:00 a.m., jumping and meowing around her bed.
He always waits by the door until Gail arrives home from work.
Regarding her cat’s long life span, Gail believes that making him happy and keeping him active is the number one reason.
She said: “He likes to see new places and he likes people.”
