The PRC revealed the names of the 5,036 successful examinees in the November 2016 Civil Engineering Licensure Exams.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, November 17, that there are 5,036 passers out of 13, 2016 examinees who took the November 12 and 13, 2016 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.
The 5,036 new civil engineers took the examination in designated areas in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Davao, Lucena, Legazpi, Zamboanga and Tacloban.
The licensure examination was given by the Board of Civil Engineering composed by Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo who acts as Chairman of the Board, and its members, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.
Meanwhile, the date and venue of the oath-taking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the November 2016 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination will be announced later.
Sirven Carandang Garibay of the University of the Philippines (UP) Los Baños, who got 93.20 percent, is the topnotcher of the November 2016 Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations.

2. Samuel Eliezer Yu Uy of the University of San Carlos with 92.75 percent,
3. Selina Dianne King Bernardo of the University of San Carlos with 92.65 percent,
4. Kenneth Suba-an Acas of Father Saturnino Urios University with 92.20 percent,
5. Lenielle Babon Amatosa of Technological University of the Philippines Manila with 92.05 percent,
6. Alvin Cleofe Sanvictores of Batangas State University- Alangilan with 91.95 percent,
7. John Mervin Cabrador Bocatcat of Camarines Norte State College with 91.85 percent,
8. Peter Paul Esparto Basiloy of University of the Philippines- Eastern Samar,
Kathreen Louise Pascual del Rosario of Bulacan State University- Malolos with 91.70 percent,
9. Nikko Sidro Baldevizo Baluyot of University of the Philippines- Eastern Samar,
Jeremias Yang Marquez Jr. of Cebu Institute of Technology,
Hiroshi Clarin Ueki of UP-Diliman 91.50 percent,
10. Franz Josef Jucom Ceniza of University of San Carlos with 91.45 percent.
