This was the project of Society of Divine Word Action for Nurturing Children and Environment to help the residents because of the rising number of families and children living in Carreta Cemetery.
According to a recent news report of ABS-CBN news, the classroom was built out of the ‘museleo’ in pursuit of helping Filipino children to get an education.
Many parents were expressing their gratitude to the organization because of their effort to give their children the opportunity to study.
Furthermore, The Society of Divine Word Action for Nurturing Children and Environment started the project of building a daycare center inside a cemetery in Cebu City because of the increasing number of families and children living in Carreta Cemetery.
