DUTERTE – Philippine Pres. Rodrigo ‘Digong’ Duterte confirmed the problem behind why he cannot approve or disapprove the Paris Climate Deal.
The Paris Climate Deal which has not been given a final verdict has sparked a lot of headlines and news reports recently.
Furthermore, different sides about the issue were already drawn and many significant personalities have already aired out their side on the Paris Climate Deal. Pres. Duterte has not yet signed the deal and previous report entail how he described it as ‘stupid’ and ‘absurd’.
