PH-China government up for signing at least 8 Agreements and 8 business deals. The deals do not include joint exploration for West Philippine Sea.
President Rodrigo Duterte arrived China on Tuesday for his four-day state visit. He was warmly welcomed by the Chinese government officials.
Duterte’s state visit in Beijing was said to repair relation and to have closer ties with China. The Philippine President confirmed on Tuesday that South China Sea dispute was ‘not on agenda.’
According to a recent news report of Inquirer.net, the Philippines, and China will sign at least eight government-to-government deals on Thursday.
But the report clarifies that the deals do not include joint exploration for energy resources in the South China Sea.It was confirmed by the Philippine president, Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday.
