Sara admits that the President did not agree to her decision at first.
SARA ADMITS – Mayor of Davao City, Sara Duterte, confirmed that she and her father, Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, had a conflict on the replacement of the Task Force Davao commander.
A recent news report in Inquirer stated that the current mayor of Davao City shared the slight conflict of decision that she had with the President.
Based on the report, the root of the conflict was the decision of Mayor Duterte to replace TFD Chief Senior Supt. Henry Robinson. The replacing of the TFD chief came after the incident in Davao that took 14 lives.
According to Mayor Duterte, a text from the President was passed on to Bong Go, the personal assistant and aide of Pres. Duterte.
