The controversial headline was entitled “Rodrigo Duterte, the serial killer president” became the hot trend topic over the social media.
According to a recent news report, two of the Country’s top Senate officials denounced the headline of a French Newspaper.
Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III, said that the headline about the president has no clear basis. Duterte’s partymate in the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban), cried foul over the “unfair” headline, he said.
