Asking International Aid From China Plans By President Duterte
President Duterte plans to ask international aid from China, after he dares US and EU to withdraw their financial assistance to the Philippines.
VP Leni Robredo said on Monday (October 10, 2016), that she never considered the financial aid from foreign countries as a beggar and donor relationship, but she consider it as human response to show mercy and compassion for those who are in need.
In a process compared to speed dating, the program “Angat Buhay,” by VP Robredo bring the less fortunate LGU’s to the local and international organization in the country who are willing to provide assistance.
Robredo said that the problem faced by the country right now requires building bridges not walls. It requires collaboration not polarization and Filipinos will succeed faster if they include and not excluded.
