Trillanes On Gordon: ‘He was a Duterte collaborator’

Sen. Trillanes called Sen. Gordon a ‘Duterte collaborator’ after his report on extrajudicial killings.

TRILLANES – Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV reacted on the report of Sen. Richard Gordon regarding the alleged extrajudicial killings in the government’s battle against illegal drugs in the country.

Sen. Trillanes is undeniably one of the visible critics of Pres. Rodrigo ‘Digong’ Duterte. In a previous news report, it is stated that he blames the 71-year-old President for the scrapped rifle deals with the United States.

Recently, Sen. Richard Gordon reported on the alleged extrajudicial killings in the battle of the government against illegal drugs. Sen. Trillanes reacted on the report and even called the Senator a ‘lackey’ based on an Inquirer news report.

The committee report entailed that there was no evidence of EJK in the operations of the police authorities against the suspects. Furthermore, there was also no evidence on the Davao Death Squad allegedly founded by Pres. Duterte as to the report.

Furthermore, the Senator emphasized that Sen. Trillanes and Sen. Leila De Lima, another visible critic of Pres. Duterte, were ‘behaving badly’ during the inquiry.

“So how about the 6,000 who have died in the past five months? Who is responsible for their deaths?” Sen. Trillanes told the media men and women.

Sen. Trillanes also expressed that Sen. Gordon plays the role of covering the ‘misdeeds’ of Pres. Duterte. “Sen. Gordon only showed that he was a Duterte collaborator and whose purpose is to cover up the misdeeds of his political master,” he said.

Based on the report, Sen. Trillanes expressed that a copy of the committee report of Sen. Gordon has not yet been given to him. Sen. De Lima told the news media men and women that she has already requested the office of Sen. Gordon for a copy of the report.
