United States deputy spokesman Mark Toner expressed the side of their country on the issue of human rights in the Philippines.

United States deputy spokesman Mark Toner recently aired out the side of their country to push through raising concerns on human rights in the Philippines.

In a recent news report in Phil Star Global, the report stated Toner’s statement of belief on a healthy bilateral relationship.

“That’s part of what we believe to be a healthy bilateral relationship, where we can express those kinds of concerns,” Toner said.

Further, the US deputy spokesman also added that the expression of concern is also done with other countries where their state believes to have issues on the upholding of human rights.
