Along with the visits of heavy rains and typhoons is the possibility of the occurrence of flood most especially in low areas of a certain place. Through the years, several typhoons have already hit the Philippines.
One of the most recent typhoons that have hit the country is typhoon Lawin which has greatly affected La Trinidad, Benguet based on a previous news report.
Every year is usually filled with several storms lining up to visit the country. Inevitably, there are storms that have left some parts of the country in great destruction. People, most especially the ones living in areas near to bodies of water, usually evacuate upon reports of storm signals.
Storms and floods bring along with them danger as well not only to properties but most especially to human lives. It cannot only hamper the everyday routine of the people in the affected areas of the flood but can also take away their source of living.
Recently, one netizen uploaded several photos in her Facebook account. The photos posted in the Facebook account of Miraculous Mira Cuo showed the flood in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.
The caption of the post reads: ‘God Bless and PRAY for those who are affected with the flood. Keep safe everyone!’
The viral post has already reached more than six thousand nine hundred shares in the social media as of Monday. Some netizens also expressed their surprise regarding the incident in Dipolog City.
Indeed, this is another challenge for the people and the government of Dipolog City. Even travelling from one place to another through a bus is tough as the flood really went high in certain areas.
There is also one picture that showed a building that is almost covered with the brownish water.
