Guide on the Skin Cancer Symptoms You Must Not Take For Granted

SKIN CANCER SYMPTOMS – Here are the lists of the signs that indicate the need to go for a skin check-up.

The largest organ of the body is the skin. It covers its entirety that is why certain conditions regarding it may sometimes be not immediately noticed. A thorough checking-up on your skin once a while is highly recommended.

Just like the other parts of the body, the skin can also be the target of cancer. It can either be basal cell carcinoma (BCC) or squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The BCC usually targets the face, neck, and head which are often exposed to the sun.

With regards to the SCC, it often affects people who have pale skin and it is caused by the sun exposure. Often times, this type of cancer can be spotted in the face, the arms, the back of the hands, the bald scalps, the lower legs, and the neck. It can also affect people with darker skin usually on areas with less exposure to the sun.
