Press These Pressure Points To Relieve Stress, Anxiety
Most people in the world suffers from stress and anxiety due to their busy schedules, pressing the pressure points of a person can help in releasing it.
Stress is very common in this modern way of living, where people are pressured and worried to their work, schools, and other activities. This simple condition can affect the health of a person in long-term, so releasing stress and anxiety is important.

Press this pressure point with a thumb, index finger, or knuckle when stress to get rid of it.
Base of Skull
This part can be located at the back of the neck and use your thumbs to press this point. Pressing this part helps you to attain relaxation.
Right in Between the Base of Neck and End of Shoulder
Use your thumb and index finger to locate the right spot. You can identify that it is the right spot when you feel tender upon pressing it. Doing this method can relieve you from worrying and tension.
Three-Finger Width from the Wrist
Gently press this point in a circular motion with your thumb within 2-3 minutes.
In the Middle of the Webbing of Index Finger and Thumb
This point can be located at the topmost part of the muscle of bulges. Applying pressure on this point for 3 minutes can relieve a person from anxiety and stress.
Two-Finger Width from Underarm
This point can be found by placing 2 fingers between the meeting point of the chest and the arms. Apply pressure in this part and do it also on the other underarm to get rid of stress.
