Natural Remedies For Gingivitis

Baking soda

- 1-2 cups of warm water
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
How to make:
gargle your mouth with coconut or sesame oil for more or less 10 minutes. Then, wash your mouth with warm water. Repeat the process if necessary.

- 1 glass of warm water
- 1 squeezed lemon
How to make:
Combine water and lemon juice and wash your mouth with the resulting mixture regularly.
Turmeric
It has an active compound known as curcumin. Curcumin is known for having a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
Ingredients:
- ¼ tablespoon Alum powder
- 4 tablespoons Turmeric
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- Neem powder-8 tablespoons
How to make:
Take a bowl and put all the ingredients in it. Mix thoroughly. Keep it in a jar or container. Once ready to be used, get a fit-sized amount and rub it on your gum and allow it to act for 15 minutes. Then, wash your mouth using a moderate warm water. Repeat the procedure 2 times a day.
Clove oil
Clove oil is best used for treating oral infections since ancient times.
Ingredients:
- Cotton swab
- 3-5 drops clove oil
How to make:
Put a small amount or several drops of clove oil on a cotton ball. Hold it against the inflamed gum for a couple of minutes.
Guava leaves
Ingredients:
- two cups of water
- 5 guava leaves
How to make:
- Boil a cup of water. after, add guava leaves into the boiling water.
- Turn heat into low simmer it until the water evaporates..
- Strain the guava leaves broth and let it cool.
- Wash your mouth with the strained water in guava leaves 2 -3 times a day.
Chew the clean guava leaves for a couple of minutes. Then, spit it out and wash your mouth with warm water.
Some additional tips to get rid of gingivitis:

- Changing your toothbrush every three months, and respectively
