Mayor Rolando Espinosa Was A True ‘Drug Lord’, Albuera Police Chief Espenido Says
Albuera, Leyte Police Chief Jovie Espenido disproves Kerwin Espinosa’s claim that his father was never involved in illegal drugs.
On Friday morning (November 25, 2016), Espenido said that Mayor Rolando Espinosa is a real drug lord. He also invalidated Kerwin’s claim of his father’s innocence and he is just trying to clear his father’s name.
Kerwin also cleared the names of some drug personalities such as Vice Governor Carlo Loreto, Baybay Vice Mayor Mike Cari, Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez, Leyte Rep,Vicente Veloso, and Governor Leopoldo Petilla during the Senate investigation regarding his father’s death. Espinosa’s illegal activities were known to the intelligence community, according to the Albuera police chief.
“Alam mo sa lahat ng intelligence community, mga law enforcement agency, bawat intelligence community agency magbigay ‘yun ng conference for consolidation lahat makikita mo ‘yung mga report sila talaga ‘yung pinakamalaki,” said by Espenido quoted by GMA.
