Big Differences Of Migz Zubiri Votes Is Under Investigation By Comelec
Commission on Election or Comelec investigates the big differences of votes obtained by former Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri in transparency server of Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting and certificate of canvass of Comelec, stands for National Board of Canvassers.
Earlier, the lawyers of senatorial candidate questioned why there is differences to the number of votes obtained by Zubiri in tranparency server of PRCV, the accredited citizen’s arm of Comelec and conducts an election quick count on the ongoing official canvassing of Comelec.
They point out in the server of PPRCV showed that the former senator got the total votes of 186, 725 in Davao del Norte however, in the canvas of Comelec, he got only a 184, 262 votes.
The same event happened to the votes in Misamis Oriental where Zubiri got the total of 385, 410 votes while in the record of Comelec, he got only 222, 559 votes.
According to the balita.net, Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista immediately ordered the Comelec secretariat to investigate the complaints of the camp of Zubiri that is currently in the Magic 12 of senatorial race.
