Duterte receives call from Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who congratulated him.

The presumptive president reveals early on Thursday that he and the Prime Minister talks about human rights in the phone call. The call was said to last for nine minutes on Tuesday at around 3:30 p.m.

The presumptive president open up that Trudeau raised issues concerning adherence to the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. On the other hand, the presumptive president said that he is indeed following it and he is willing to be partner with the prime minister. He also wished that they may remain partners for all time.
