Jejomar Binay Says To Other Front Runners, ‘‘Di pa tapos ang boksing’
United Nationalist Alliance presidential bet Vice President Jejomar Binay remain unshaken to the dominance of his rivals on particular surveys.
According to the spokesperson of Binay, Atty. Rico Quicho, it’s too early for the other front-runner presidentiables to celebrate yet there’s still 4 days left before the election on Monday.
“To the other candidates: Do not celebrate yet, good things are about to happen, Binay is coming,”said Quicho.
He explained that the surveys do not capture the intense ground campaign by the Vice President’s core supporters and parallel groups nationwide. After April 29 which was the last survey, these efforts have intensified.
Base on the results of the previous surveys of SWS and Pulse Asia, it shows that Binay was in the fourth while PDP Laban candidate Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Dutere is the first followed by independent candidate Sen. Grace Poe , and Liberal Party bet Mar Roxas.
According to the balita.net, President of UNA, Navotas City Rep. Toby Tiangco supports the statement of Quicho for ignoring the result of the surveys.
“The commissioned surveys do not diminish the Vice President’s commitment to bring genuine change and lasting comfort to our people,” he said.
