- Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
- Cause: Easterlies / Localized Thunderstorms
- Impact: Possible heavy rainfall leading to flooding or landslides during severe weather conditions.
- Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon:
- Weather Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
- Cause: Northeast Monsoon
- Impact: No significant impact.

YELLOW WARNING LEVEL: #Southern Leyte; #Leyte (Palompon, Palo, Baybay City, La Paz, Mayorga, Macarthur, Javier, Abuyog, Mahaplag, Inopacan, Hindang, Hilongos, Bato, Matalom); FLOODING IS POSSIBLE in low-lying areas, and LANDSLIDES in mountainous areas.
