PAGASA Issues 24-Hour Public Weather Forecast and Rainfall Warnings as of December 20, 2023

According to the report, a Low-Pressure Area (LPA) was located approximately 185 kilometers south of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, which may bring rain and thunderstorms to certain parts of the country.

At exactly 3:00 AM, the LPA was identified south of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (8.1°N, 118.6°E). The Northeast Monsoon is causing clouds and rain in Northern and Central Luzon, while the Shear Line is bringing rain to the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
