- Luzon: Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon, resulting in slight to moderate coastal waters with wave heights ranging from 0.6 to 2.1 meters. These conditions are typical under the influence of the southwest monsoon.
- Visayas and Mindanao: In these regions, light to moderate winds coming from the south to southwest are anticipated. Coastal waters will remain slight to moderate, with wave heights between 0.6 to 1.5 meters.

- Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro: These areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from the west to southwest will prevail, accompanied by slight to moderate seas.
