Pia’s advocacies as recalled includes gender equality, hence shows a photo of the Philippine flag being waved, together with rainbow flags which is known to be a symbol of the LGBT pride with a rainbow background.

She emphasized that nobody deserves the feeling of terror and having that, LGBT community is close to her heart.

The beauty queen has indicated that she was blessed with the ‘responsibility’. The beauty queen also explain why she posted it.  “And right before my eyes I knew why I was blessed with with this responsibility. I saw my destiny. And I will continue to be your voice, your ally, regardless of where you are from, what religion you believe in, what your financial status is, it doesn’t matter.
