VP Jejomar Binay To PNoy
UNA stand bearer and opposition presidential candidate VP Jejomar Binay described President Aquino’s regime as a failure. According to him President Aquino has not done anything to improve and uplift the lives of Filipino people.
In an interview with radio dzIQ VP Binay said, “I think he was a failure as a leader.”
Vice President Jejomar Binay is a former member of the Cabinet, leading the spread of underspending recorded in the present administration.
Binay said, “How will you uplift the loves of the poor, who will you give free (services), if you are not spending money that are being collected from the taxes?”
According to him, Aquino’s administration will leave a more or less P680 billion unspent funds when he steps down on his position in June.
“Is that correct? Will that give you a passing mark as a manager, an administrator? Binay, added.
According to VP Binay if he win his administration will be known as a healing and unifying administration. He also clarifies that if some charges are brought against the present president, it would not come from him, but from other people.
Meanwhile, during his recent interview, UNA stand bearer expressed his confidence that he is sure to win this coming election, adding that the real competition is between him and LP Stand bearer Manuel Roxas II.

Both, Binay and Roxas are behind other 2 presidential candidates, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Senator Grace Poe during pre-election survey.
Binay dismissed the pre-election survey, saying that the second stage of campaign must need more than just an image and perception building.
