The La Mesa Dam is an earth dam whose reservoir can hold up to 50.5 million cubic meters and occupying an area of 27 square kilometers in Quezon City, Philippines.
According to a report, the water in the Dam is currently rising at 6 centimeters per hour.
La Mesa Dam plant manager Engineer Teddy Angeles announced to the public that the water elevation at the La Mesa Dam reached 79.62 meters, just 53 centimeters short of the overflow level.
