Traffic crisis in Metro Manila is a state of chaos said by Tugade that was currently plaguing the city on Thursday (September 15, 2016).
In a newspaper report, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade clarified the message that was misquoted saying traffic problems was only a state of mind of the commuters.
In a House Hearing on giving emergency powers to President Rodrigo Duterte to solve traffic crisis, Tugade said that the transportation and traffic issue is not only a state of mind of the commuters but it’s a chaos that they need to address.
“We can journey together and address this crisis and stop it once and for all,” Tugade said. Quoted by GMA. The congress has already granted the president’s request to obtain the emergency power to address the traffic issue in the Philippines.
