Pulse Survey Shows Increasing Worker’s Salary Will Reduce Crime Rate

Worker’s salary increase was said to eradicate the crime, according to the latest survey of Pulse Asia released on Monday (October 17, 2016).

According to the survey conducted by Pulse Asia, the main concern of million Filipinos is to increase the salary of the workers and they want the Duterte administration to address this issue for they believe that it can reduce the criminality in the country.

Fighting against crime in the Philippines is now only the sixth most important concern of the public, according to the survey conducted on September 25, 2016, to October 01, 2016. The recent result shows 21 point drop in the survey conducted last July.

Out of 52 percent tallied in July, there was only 31 percent of 1, 200 respondents who participated the survey wants to focus on fighting crime. From 40 percent respondents concern on increasing worker’s salary, not it rises to 46 percent high.
