Samsung Launches Cheapest Phone For Online Classes
SAMSUNG CHEAPEST PHONE – As students shift towards online classes, Samsung recently launched its cheapest smartphone, fit for distance learning.
At a retail price of P3,990, the Samsung Galaxy A01 Core may be the perfect pair for students on a budget. Amid the pandemic, millions of students have found themselves struggling to cope with the new scheme due to a lack of equipment such as smartphones.
Luckily, with Samsung’s latest addition to their smart phone line-up, students on a budget now have a chance to properly gear-up for online learning.
The new Galaxy A01 Core packs quite a bit of punch for its price point. It’s powered by a Quad-Core 1.5 GHz processor with 1GB RAM and has 16GB of ROM with up to a 512GB expandable storage. Although there’s nothing flashy about this, it’s still perfect if you’re just doing classes online.
It also has a 5.3-inch HD+ Infinity Display with a 1480 x 72 pixel which is ample enough viewing space for Zoom meetings and viewing social media. Along with this, the phone could even do a bit of light gaming to keep students entertained during their down time.
For the camera, the AO1 core sports an 8MP main camera and a 5MP front camera lens with a 3,000mAh battery. Again, it’s not the best specs out there, but it would be more than enough for taking on Zoom Meetings online.
A perfect partner for online schooling, the Galaxy A01 Core comes with pre-installed Google Apps for easy access to productivity tools, Samsung said in a statement.
