Angel Locsin Warns Public Against Fake Ad with Her Photo Spreading Online

The actress-philanthropist Angel Locsin has warned the public against a fake ad for a cereal brand using her photo.

A brand of cereal was promoted using the image of a versatile actress and real-life Darna. According to her official Facebook page, the endorsement photo is a hoax.

Angel Locsin Fake Ad

The commercial, which looks to be an altered version of Locsin’s previous Instagram photo in which she is seen posing for a milk drink endorsement, was published on the fictitious Facebook profile “Angel Locsinn.”

“Fake News! Angel Locsin does not endorse this cereal product, photo on the right side,” according to her caption.

The circulated image purports to show Angel endorsing a cereal company. According to rumors, Angel’s picture was taken from her initial endorsement of a powdered milk beverage.

In the original post, Locsin is shown holding a pack of powdered milk and standing in front of a glass of beverage. The phony advertisement, meanwhile, depicts her holding a box of cereal. As of the time of writing, the phony advertisement has not yet been taken down from the page.
